JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Rule returnable forthwith. Heard by consent.

(2.) MR. Rivonkar, learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner will be considered for promotion to the post of Gazetted B Technical Officer, in accordance with the Recruitment Rules. As regards prayer clause (b), the learned Government Advocate states that the question of the petitioner's representation for regularization which is pending will be considered and decided by the Government. Similarly, the Government will consider whether the petitioner is entitled to receive T.B.P.S. scale with effect from 21.10.1992.
