JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE second appeal was admitted on three substantial questions of law, out of which, following two substantial questions of law are given up by the learned counsel for the appellant.

(3.) THE only substantial question of law which arise for consideration in this second appeal is-i) Whether it is necessary for all the trustees to join in a proceeding or suit to recover the possession of the property from the tenant?
