(3.) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 20th April, 2006 passed by the Settlement Commission, Customs and Central Excise, Mumbai (respondent No. 3) to the extent the petitioner is directed to pay further duty of Rs. 84,76,680/-with interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum and a penalty in the sum of Rs. 10,60,000. 00.
