RATPALKAUR Vs. ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX (INVESTIGATION)

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is filed by the legal heir/wife of Sardar Inderjeetsingh Osan who died on August 11, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as "the assessee").

(2.) This appeal is directed against the order passed by the Tribunal dated July 29, 2005, in I. T. A. No. 919/Nag/96 relating to the block assessment period April 1, 1985, to October 23, 1995.

(3.) According to the assessee, following questions of law do arise out of the aforesaid order of the Tribunal.
