(2.) The following order is passed by consent : The petitioner may produce the documents along with the plan before the appropriate authority viz. the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority. The authority shall consider the same, in accordance with law, before taking any decision. The impugned order dated 20.4.2006 is, hereby, set aside. Rule disposed of.
