JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE deceased Munna Harijan was a contractor for the job of tile fitting and polishing and was residing at Ambedkar Society at Charkop, Kandivali. The petitioner as well as one Laxman Yadav were working with the deceased Munna on daily wages and were staying together. As per the case of the prosecution on 19-3-1995, there was some altercation between the deceased Munna and present petitioner on the ground of wages and the nature of the job.

(2.) ON 20th March 1995 at about 2 AM Laxman Yadav came to the residential premises and found that Munna was dead and lying in a pool of blood. He came to the road and found policemen coming and informed them about this fact. On the basis of the scene of offence the police lodged complaint and an offence came to be registered being C.R. No.91 of 1995 at Kandivali Police Station.

(3.) THE petitioner had applied to the Sessions Court for grant of bail but the same has been refused. He has, therefore, approached this Court.
