JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner had sought for the following reliefs:

(2.) On 12/2/2026, Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State had on instructions submitted that the Investigation Officer had filed "C" Summary Report on 27 th October, 2015 in the crime which is subject matter of this Petition.

(3.) Today, Mr. Mohan Tekavde, on instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition in view of the statement made by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP.
