JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by the consent of the parties.

(2.) The first Writ Petition No.11936/2016 is filed on 16.11.2016. The second Writ Petition No.12143/2016 is filed on 25.07.2016, but was not circulated and therefore, it's registration number is after the first petition was circulated.

(3.) It needs mention that these two petitions have been filed by the Petitioner Management for challenging interlocutory orders, when the Appeal of the employee is at the final stage before the School Tribunal.
