JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both sides.

(2.) Aggrieved by the conviction for the offences punishable under section 7 and 13 (1) (d) read with section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Ambajogai, vide judgement and order dated 6th November, 2011 passed in Sessions Case No. 3 of 2000, the present appeal is preferred by the original accused. He was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay fine of Rs. 3000/ on each count.
