JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the petition on account of passage of time.

(2.) PETITION is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. However, it is observed that in case the premises are not handed over to the owner of the premises by the concerned authorities till this date, the same shall be handed over within fifteen days from today. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
