THE petitioners have approached this Court impugning the order dated 14. 9. 2006 passed by the Administrative Tribunal, Goa rejecting the application of the petitioners/appellants for being brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased Kasturi Manguesh Pai who expired on 21. 8. 2005 at Mangalore.
