JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

(2.) THE applicants were arrested in connection with an offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of PITA Act and under Sections 366A, 373 of the IPC.

(3.) PERUSED the statement of the witnesses. It appears that applicant no.1 was a customer who had visited the said hotel. Applicant no.2 is the Manager of the hotel. The investigation is almost over. In my view, since the investigation is over, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
