JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS Petition was filed on or about 17th July, 1996, and this Court issued Rule by Order, dated 30th July, 1996. This Court also granted interim relief staying the retirement of petitioner at the age of 58 years until further orders, or after completion of 60 years, whichever is earlier. Petitioner has completed his employment till completion of 60 years, and has retired.

(3.) ACCORDING to petitioner, he was born on 17th July, 1938. He was appointed as a Teacher in Purva Madhyamik School on 21st November, 1961, as is seen from the Table of Information supplied by the petitioner. Petitioner was confirmed in employment on 31st December, 1965.
