JUDGEMENT

(1.) SINCE the facts involved in all these applications are similar, they are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the applicants, the learned Counsel for the complainants and the learned APP for the State.

(3.) THESE applications are filed by the Managing Director, Deputy Chief Accountant and the Cane Development Officer of Kisanveer Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana (hereinafter referred to as "the Karkhana"). It is the case of these applicants that the complainants belonged to the rival group and they were defeated by the present managing committee members in the election and, therefore, they bore a grudge against the present managing committee members and the applicants herein.
