JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and taken up for final disposal with consent of the parties.

(2.) The Petition challenges the Order dated 21 st January 2021 passed by the Respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary School), Zilla Parishad, Sangli, rejecting the proposal for appointment of the Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak.

(3.) The Petitioner possesses B.Sc. B.Ed. qualification and had passed TAIT in 2017 and is qualified for appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak.
