The present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dtd. 24/09/2024 passed by the Hon'ble Minister of Excise, State of Maharashtra rejecting the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner and the order dtd. 25/09/2024 passed by the Respondent No. 2 - Collector, Nagpur and its implementation of the order dtd. 24/09/2024.
