JUDGEMENT

(1.) AS both the appeals are arising out of common judgment passed by learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Jalna, the present appeals are heard together with the consent of the parties.

(2.) THE appeals were admitted on the following substantial question of law.

(3.) RESPONDENT No. 1 to the appeals namely Chotelal, who is uncle of Kasturabai and husband of Chandrakalabai -respondent No. 2.
