JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an Application for bail filed by the aforesaid Applicants who have been arrested in C.R No. I-205/2015 registered at Kamothe police station, Navi Mumbai for offences punishable under section 188, 273, 328 of Indian Penal Code and under section 59(iii) of Food safety and Standard Act, 2006.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the counsel for the respective parties.

(3.) The FIR dated 22 October 2015 prima facie reveals that the Applicant herein was found in possession of 15 bags of Gutkha. The Applicant therefore was taken in custody and the material found in his possession was seized by the police.
