JUDGEMENT

(1.) In our order dated 5th September 2005, in the title of Writ Petition No.872 of 2003 the name of the petitioner be substituted by "Dr.K.S.Krishnaswamy".

(2.) In the title of Writ Petition Nos 1417 of 2004 to 1425 of 2004 the name of the petitioner in all the petitions be substituted by "Sanjay Chandrakant Kirloskar".
