JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Anturkar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in view of the State Government notification dated 18.2.2005 granting approval to the amendment of the High Court Appellate Side and Original Side Rules. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Mr. Nargolkar is present for the State. In view of the withdrawal of the petition, there is no need for the interim order. The same stands vacated.
