By preferring this appeal, the appellants have challenged the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Washim under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, (for short 'the Act of 1989') by which the Sessions Judge has rejected the application filed by the appellants.
