JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) By this application, the applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.383/2022 registered with the non-applicant/police station for offences punishable under Ss. 8(c); 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (the said Act).

(3.) The applicant is arrested on 31/1/2023 and since then he is behind bar.
