JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this interim application, the applicants seek permission to travel to London, Dubai and Seychelles from 10 th June, 2024 to 23/6/2024, as per the itinerary annexed to the application at 'Exhibit -D'. During the said period, the applicants seek suspension of the 'Look Out Circular' ('LOC') issued against the applicants in C.R.No.12 of 2020 at the behest of the EOW, Unit-VIII, Mumbai.

(3.) Perused the papers. It appears that the applicants were permitted to travel overseas on several occasions, from time to time, on certain terms and conditions. It is not in dispute that the applicants have complied with the terms and conditions set out in the said orders. It is also not in dispute, that as far as the LOC issued at the instance of the Bank i.e. Union Bank of India is concerned, the said LOC has been quashed.
