By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to transfer investigation of C.R No. 914/2021 registered with the MIDC Police Station, Andheri (East), Mumbai, which is registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 420, 120B r/w Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code to any other independent agency or State CID or EOW.
