JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rodrigues with Mr. K. Braganza learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Gosavi with Mr. A. Naik learned counsel appears for the Respondent No.1, Mr. Zeller D'Souza learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 and Mr. Shivdutt Munj, Additional Government Advocate for the Respondent No. 3 and 4.

Mr. Rodrigues submits that the proceedings initiated before the Additional Director of Panchayat II/Respondent No.4 with regard to the complaint filed by Respondent No. 1 and vide Writ Petition No. 186/2024 decided on 6/3/2024, the Division Bench of this Court directed the Additional Director of Panchayat to complete the investigation in matter within the time bound frame as under:-
