(2.) THE above appeal came to be admitted on the following substantial question of law by order dated 05.10.2007.

(3.) DURING the course of the hearing of the above appeal upon hearing Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr. Ramani, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, I find that an additional substantial question of law arises in the present appeal.
