JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner challenges Order No.69/97 dated 4.12.1997, Order No.68/97 dated 4.12.1997 and Order No.108/97 dated 29.12.1997 passed by respondent no.1 and the show cause notice dated 02.11.1998 issued by respondent no.1.
