JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is Plaintiffs' Second Appeal, arising from RCS No.272/1983/Sr.

(2.) The parties hereto shall be referred to in the names as they appear in the cause title of the said Civil Suit.

(3.) The dispute between both the parties is regarding the house bearing No.513 at Vagator, and the property in which it is situated surveyed under No.311/3 of Anjuna village.
