(2.) THE parties have agreed to the dispute being resolved by arbitration. Since the name of Shri Gulzar Singh, Retired Chief Engineer, C.P.W.D.in the panel of Arbitrators is suggested by both the parties, we hereby appoint Shri Gulzar Singh as Arbitrator for deciding the dispute in question.
