RUTESH Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) For reasons recorded separately, the petition is allowed.

(2.) At this stage, learned counsel Mr. H.D. Dangre, who appears on behalf of the respondents 4 and 5 prays that the effect and operation of the judgment be stayed to enable the private respondents to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

(3.) We stay the effect and operation of the judgment for four weeks.
