JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs:-

(2.) Learned APP on instructions, states that the police after investigation have found that no cognizable offence is disclosed against the accused and hence FIR has not been registered. She, however, states that the police have recorded an NC.

(3.) Learned APP has tendered a report dated 15 th June 2023 of PSI - Shamsund Bhise, attached to Dongri Police Station, Mumbai, as well as the medical report dated 9 th May 2023 issued by Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. The said reports are taken on record.
