JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dtd. 3/8/2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mahad below Exhibit-11 in R.C.C. No.68/2023.

(2.) Heard Shri Raju Gupta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Arfan Sait, learned APP for the Respondent- State.

(3.) The Petitioner is an Animal Welfare Organization engaged in looking after the welfare of the animals, their preservation and protection.
