JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this application under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.381/2022 registered with the non-applicant/police station for offence punishable under Sec. 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) The applicant is arrested on 9/7/2022 and since then he is in jail.

(3.) Heard learned counsel Shri Shashank Manohar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Harshal Futane for the State.
