JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above matter has placed on board today for framing issues. With the consent of the Plaintiffs and Defendant Nos.1 to 5 the issues are framed as under:-

(2.) The affidavit of evidence of the Plaintiff's first witness; affidavit of documents; and compilation of original documents duly indexed and paginated; shall be filed on or before 10 th July, 2023 and the copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Defendants.

(3.) Similarly all the Defendants who have filed their written statement in the above Suit shall file their affidavit of documents and compilation of original documents duly indexed and paginated on or before 10/7/2023.
