JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the Show- cause Notice bearing No. 1837 of 2023 dtd. 31/03/2023, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Sangli City Division.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in 2018, externment proceeding initiated against the petitioners was dropped by the concerned authority, Sangli. He submits that in the 2018 externment proceeding, the cases mentioned were two cases, one of 2016, registered with the Sangli City Police Station and another registered with the Vishram Baug Police Station in 2018.
