(2.) The order dtd. 28/4/2023 is not complied with by Neeta Dharamshi, Haresh Jain and Rakesh Mishra.

(3.) This Court was about to issue contempt notice so also notice for cancellation of bail to all the partners of the firm, however, the counsel for the aforesaid partners and also the petitioners assures that the party shall remain present before the Court on the next date of hearing i.e. on 27/6/2023, thereby reporting compliance.
