JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned senior advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP and perused the papers.

(2.) Considering the fact that the petitioner is now seeking admission to the Engineering course in the ongoing process wherein third round is over and the process is in the fourth round wherein today is the last date for uploading the documents, on the request of the petitioner and in view of his career, we have taken up the matter urgently for final disposal.

(3.) The petitioner is challenging the order of the respondent - caste scrutiny committee refusing to grant validity certificate to him as belonging to Naikada scheduled tribe.
