With respect to the same being a photocopy, Mr.Godbole, learned counsel for the Defendant has produced certificate dtd. 6/9/2023 under Sec. 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act which has been signed by Mr.Gaurav Bharara, Joint Managing Director of K.
