(2.) Mr Sawant states that a Special General Meeting ("SGM") of the society was held on 3/9/2023. At that SGM 49 members attended out of a total membership of 116. The members present and voting at the SGM passed a Resolution to appoint or continue with the developer, NDZ Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

(3.) Following our order of 23/8/2023, this will take us to the next aspect of the matter, viz., transit rent and appropriate directions to the MCGM for further progress on the site.
