(1.) On 19/6/2023 in a group of Petitions in which the lead Petition was Writ Petition (L) No. 15240 of 2023, we passed the following order.

(2.) Then, the State Bank of India filed a Miscellaneous Application No.810 of 2023 before the Supreme Court on which the following order came to be passed on 12/5/2023:

(3.) The same principles will apply. The same order that we made on 19/6/2023 will have to be made in the present Petitions also.
