JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above Writ Petition is filed challenging the Lookout Circular issued against the Petitioners. The challenge to the said circular is still pending.

(2.) In the meanwhile, the Petitioner-Applicant seeks permission to travel Shanghai, China to attend the 'Yarn Expo Autumn 2023' at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai.

(3.) The Petitioner-Applicant, in the above Application, has produced an invitation from the China National Textile and Apparel Council inviting the Petitioner-Applicant to attend the said expo.
