JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the Petitioner in person, and Mr. S.G. Bhobe learned Public Prosecutor for Respondent Nos. 40, 41, and 42. Mr. Shivraj Gaonkar appeared along with Mr. P. Shirvoikar for Respondent Nos. 1 to 39 and was heard in the matter.

(2.) This Petition was first taken up by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 13/2/2023. After referring to one of the prayers sought in this Petition, the learned Single Judge directed the registry to place this Petition before the Division Bench.

(3.) Accordingly, the Petitioner mentioned this Petition for urgent circulation before the Division Bench by stating that the issue of arrest/liberty was involved. Therefore, we granted urgent circulation for 14/2/2023.
