JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave to amend, so as to question the charge-sheet. Amendment to be carried out by 28/8/2023.

(2.) Prayer is for quashing FIR No.1386 of 2022 dtd. 3/11/2022 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Ss. 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2650 of 2023 got married with Respondent No.2-complainant and they are blessed with daughter who is in the custody of Respondent No.2-complainant. Petitioners in Writ Petition No.2649 of 2023 are in-laws of Respondent No.2- complainant. Alleging cruelty, FIR No.1386 of 2022 dtd. 3/11/2022 came to be registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Ss. 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
