JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms Thorat has given notice. An Affidavit of Service is to be filed by Monday, 3/7/2023.

(2.) The Petition requires urgent ad-interim reliefs until the next date by which time the Respondents must put in their Affidavits in Reply. The reliefs in the Petition are:

(3.) The Petitioners are an association and a particular Ayurvedic Medical College. The 15 students affected are listed at pages 39 and 40. Apparently solely on the basis that these students were admitted on the basis of the Maharashtra CET and not the Association CET, the results of six students are withheld and the degree certificates of the remaining nine are also not being issued. This will of course directly and immediately affect the students.
