JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the outset learned Advocate for the applicants on instructions of applicant No.1 states that she has instructions to withdraw the application for applicant No.1.

(2.) The anticipatory bail application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn against applicant No.1.
