SATISH ANANDRAO MUNDE Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard the learned advocates for the petitioners and the petitioner in person in one petition.

(2.) The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in a recruitment process of the year 2022 under Maharashtra Judicial Service Rules, 2008, advertisement has been published in May- 2023 though the process was of the year 2022 thereby they are on the verge of reaching the upper age limit. The process of submission of application has already commenced and last date for filing application online is stated to be 13/6/2023.

(3.) In similar set of facts, in the matter of Santosh Bhupal Kagawade and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra, Writ Petition No.6746/2023 (Principal Seat) by the order dtd. 7/6/2023 interim relief has been granted to the petitioners therein. We follow the same course.
