(2.) Ms Deshmukh moves in great urgency. The Petitioner, a 70- year old housewife, is being summarily and, as the following narrative will show, abruptly thrown out of her transit building accommodation just when Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") is about to be offered to her.

(3.) Ms Deshmukh has given notice. We will hear the MCGM in detail at a later date. But it is necessary even on a very short statement of facts that we pass a protective order immediately.
