JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

(2.) This is an application for bail in respect of the offence punishable under Ss. 406, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered on 26/02/2022 vide C.R. No.79 of 2022 with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune. The applicant was arrested on 27/02/2022.
