JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Nareshkumar Chhaganlal Rathod, the Applicant, who appears in-person seeks some time to argue the matter.

(2.) At his request, the CRA is fixed for hearing on 14/7/2023. To be shown in the supplementary board. On that day, CRA will be heard on merits.

(3.) However, the present CRA be also placed on board on 23/6/2023 for determination of the market rate, which the Applicant is required to be directed to deposit in this Court as a condition of granting stay till hearing of the C.R.A. for admission.
