(3.) This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.636 of 2023 registered with Hinjewadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Ss. 376, 376(2)(j), 377, 328, 323, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
